Lower Pyne was acquired in the 1980's from Princeton University. The property's upper floors had housed graduate students and the ground floor served as a bus terminal. Following substantial renovation, the property was leased to Hamilton Jewelers, Starbucks and a variety of local tenanats in the upper floors.
